1. GENERAL

1.1. 100% PREPAYMENT via PayPal. Payment plans available for $120+ commissions (2 parts for $120+, 3 parts for $250+ and etc. ask me).
Only the invoice system is accepted;
1.2. I accept clear and concise visual references (refs, pictures, photos, etc) and description of the commission idea;
1.3. Extra payment for complex details;
1.4. 70% payment for extra character. Except in Illustrations where they are +$70
1.5. Rush-orders are %30-50 of final cost
2. ABOUT PROCESS

2.1. After payment and start working on the artwork, I’ll send a sketch for your approval. At your request I can also provide you with more WIPs of process;
2.2. If you wishes to make corrections - describe what to change in 1-2 messages. If you are asking make the changes more than 3 times I reserved the right to request an extra payment (if it’s not MY mistake that needs changes). If you request to make changes for the completed commission - you have to pay for each new corrections. The use of a redline to make your corrections clearer is also welcome;
2.3. If you would like to make additional corrections which do not regard color AFTER a previously approved sketch - there will be an additional fee. Please be sure you are confident in the sketch before further work process;
2.4. Refunds only if I haven't finished the commission yet. 100% before the start, 60% after the sketch, 40% after the line. Only if it's emergency;
2.5. I also reserved the right to cancel commission during process of work due to unforeseen problems on my part or problems with communication and mutual understanding on yours, in which case you will be refunded the full payment;
2.6. After the end of work on the commissioned artwork I’ll send you the DROPBOX, Discord or Google Drive link(s) where you can download high-res version of the artwork;
2.7. After I have finished your commission and get your approval (in any form), our deal is considered complete. This means that you can't ask for additional work corrections and/or refunds.
3. OTHER

3.1. You are purchasing my labor only; I retain all copyrights over my work which include but are not limited to: the right to distribute, reproduce/use the image as a sample for sales and self-promotion, unless otherwise agreed upon;
3.2. Every process of commissioned artworks can be streamed (if you don't wish to, please notify me);
3.3. I cannot claim Intellectual Property or reuse/resell the image for personal and commercial projects unless agreed upon;
3.4. By commissioning artwork you agree to use it only for personal and private purposes, including but not limited to icons, signatures, layouts, wallpapers, themes and personal site display. DM/note me to discuss commercial use;
3.5. You may not claim the work as your own, edit or set it up for redistribution. You may not use it for any external commercial projects;
3.6. If posting or re-posting the artwork publicly, please credit by linking back to the artist page or source;
3.7. Usual commission turnaround is 2 weeks - 1 month; 5 month absolute max in emergencies.
ToS must be read, understood and accepted with all the above terms before entering into an agreement with me. By sending payment, you agrees to the above terms.
